We always do our utmost to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. We try to ship orders placed before 9:00 PM on workdays the same day. However, we do not always succeed in this. For example, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer than usual. The product page contains an indication of the delivery time. If, for whatever reason, we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Do you live in the Netherlands or Belgium? Then we do not charge shipping costs.

Unfortunately, for orders shipped to other countries within Europe, shipping costs apply , which vary based on the delivery country.

In some countries deliveries are made directly to a ServicePoint: Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Latvia, Lithuania and Sweden

Delivery is via the postman or parcel deliverer of PostNL or DHL. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

This applies to both the Netherlands and Belgium. For other European countries the estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days.

Is your package not to your liking? How annoying! We naturally want to resolve this for you quickly. You can return a product within 30 days of receipt. Our returns service is possible for products that meet the following conditions:

• The product is complete, in original condition and undamaged.
• The product is provided with original labels, tags and/or cards.
• The product is (if possible) in the original undamaged packaging.
• The product has not been used.

How long do I have to return my order?

According to the right of withdrawal, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your package. However, we want to give you a little longer to make your choice. That is why you have 30 days to register your return with us. Once you have registered the return, you have another 30 days to return your package.

Can I try out ordered products before returning them?

Of course you can try out the products you receive as you would in a store, only the products that are designated as hygiene products (see product information) may not be returned after use. If we see damage or wear that shows that more has happened than just assessing the product, we will reduce the amount you get back by the resulting depreciation.

What are the costs for returning my order?

Returning our products is completely free for customers from the Netherlands and Belgium, both via PostNL and DPD. However, for customers from other European countries, the return costs are at your own expense.

What happens once I return my order?

Once your package has reached the supplier, you will be kept informed of the returns process. Upon receipt of your return, we will process it within 5 working days.

How long does it take before I get my purchase price back?

As soon as we have received your return package, you will receive the purchase amount back within 14 days. We may wait to refund until we have received the return or until you have demonstrated that you have sent it back. The amount will be credited back to your chosen payment method.

Which products cannot I return?

The following products are excluded from our returns service:

• Sealed products where the seal has been broken and where the specifications, features and nature of the product are completely clear in the packaging (e.g. HDMI cables, wax beans).
• Products that cannot be returned for hygienic or health reasons because the seal has been broken.
• Gift vouchers and cards.
